| 1) All sales are final. No refunds. | |
| 2) Firehouse reserves the right to refuse, without explanation, any order or any payment offered. | |
| 3) Due to errors with some web browsers, your total payment may be calculated with an incorrect number of decimal places. All totals should be rounded to only two decimal places. For example, if the total displayed by your browser is 18.0499999, then your browser has incorrectly calculated the number 18.05. Please adjust your payment accordingly. | |
| 4) Fan Club members must enter their Fan Club Member Number in the "NOTES" section at check-out. Member numbers will be verified before shipping. The name on the order must match the name on file. If orderer supplies a false number, the order will be canceled. | |
| 5) All orders are double checked before shipping to insure accuracy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Order@FirehouseMusic.com with an explanation. | |
| 6) Firehouse is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected mail. | |
| 7) Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Orders are usually shipped much sooner than this time frame. For faster delivery, pay by US Postal money order or credit card. | |

| 9) Sorry, we cannot accept credit card payments from outside the United States. International orderers, please use the non-secure site to submit your order and please send an international money order in US Funds only. | |

| 2) Due to excessive weight penalties for international shipping, an additional $2.00 shipping and handling will be added to the prices listed below to each fan club order outside of the United States. | |

| 1) Our fans in Japan and Southeast Asia may purchase "Category 5" and "Bring 'em Out Live" exclusively through Pony Canyon Records. We cannot send a CD to any Asian address. | |

Other companies that allow you to accept credit card payments charge enormous fees; therefore, it really does not make sense to accept credit card payments.
